WORKSHOP: MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
PUREXPERIENCE’s bike mechanics are on hand throughout both the summer and winter seasons to carry out all the maintenance and repairs to your equipment. Whether you need just a spare part changed, a check-up or a complete overhaul, we’re here! Waxing, repair, special race preparation, structure, binding assembly, skin cutting… The workshop is equipped with a WINTERSTEIGER machine and VOLA material (including eco-responsible wax).

LIFT PASSES AVAILABLE IN STORE
PUREXPERIENCE makes your stay easy by providing you with your MTB or SKI pass when you pick up your rental equipment from the shop.

HOME DELIVERY
To make life easy for you, we can deliver and fine-tune your MTB hire equipment in summer and ski gear in winter wherever you are staying (in the area of Les Gets/Morzine).
An additional charge applies for this service, which must be booked at least one week prior to the start of your rental.
DUTY FREE SHOPPING
If you are a resident of a country outside of the European Union (England, Switzerland…), at PUREXPERIENCE you can make duty free purchases, enabling you to get a refund of the VAT: 10.8% of the price incl. VAT for cash payments and 12% of the price incl. VAT for payments by cheque or bank card. We provide you with a VAT tax refund form, which you must then present in your country to receive the refund.
Available on purchases of 100.01€ and above.
MINIBUS TRANSFERS
PUREXPERIENCE takes you to the location of your activity and picks you up again, whether you’re mountain biking for the day or on an activity with our one of our partner guides (rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, etc.)

ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS
PUREXPERIENCE provides a alterations and repair service for your clothing and accessories. Instead of throwing things out and replacing them, sometimes they just need repairing! Our professional seamstress can perform a simple hem or more more complicated repairs.

Give the gift of a PUREXPERIENCE gift voucher, valid all year round on rentals and in-store purchases. The voucher is valid for 2 years, can be made out to the amount of your choice, and is stored electronically.
